Food That Just Makes You More Hungry

Have you ever felt once you ate something, completely unsatisfied or at least, still hungry? Well, apparently there are foods that despite ingesting them, you will in fact stay hungry or get even hungrier. Crazy, right? Therefore, if you’ve been dieting or at least trying to watch what you eat, these foods could be making you fat(ter).

Here’s the list:
#1. White bread — increases your insulin, making you think you’re hungry
#2. Fruit juice– tons of sugar which spikes your blood sugar making you crash hard afterwards
#3. Salty snacks — sometimes makes you then crave something sweet (Pretzel M&Ms…yummmmmm)
#4. Fast food — very salty; making you dehydrated and mistaking it for hunger
#5. MSG — can cause big increases in your appetite (ie: Chinese buffet)
#6. Sushi — made with a lot of white rice & therefore same reaction as white bread/pasta
